Privacy Policy for YummyMerge

Dragonfruit Games (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the mobile game YummyMerge (the “Game”).

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use YummyMerge.

1. Information We Collect

The current version of YummyMerge does not require users to create an account and does not directly collect personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment information.

The current version does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs that collect user data.

Game progress and settings may be stored locally on the user’s device. We do not receive or access locally stored game data.

2. Permissions

YummyMerge does not request access to sensitive device permissions unless such access is necessary for a feature clearly presented to the user.

If permissions are added in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated before the relevant feature is released.

3. Advertising and Analytics

The current version of YummyMerge does not display third-party advertisements and does not use third-party analytics services to collect user information.

We may introduce analytics, crash-reporting, attribution, or advertising services in a future version. Before doing so, we will update this Privacy Policy and the applicable disclosures in Google Play to identify the services used, the categories of data processed, and the purposes of processing.

4. In-App Purchases

If in-app purchases are made available through Google Play, payment transactions will be processed by Google Play. We do not directly receive or store users’ full payment card information.

Google’s handling of payment information is governed by Google’s own privacy policy.

5. Children’s Privacy

YummyMerge is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we learn that personal information from a child has been collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Parents or guardians may contact us using the email address below if they have questions or concerns.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Because the current version does not directly collect or store personal information on our servers, we generally do not maintain personal data that can be deleted upon request.

Locally stored game progress and settings may be removed by clearing the Game’s application data or uninstalling the Game.

If future versions collect or store user data, this section will be updated to explain the applicable retention periods and deletion procedures.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed in connection with the Game. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Third-Party Services

The current version of YummyMerge may rely on Google Play for application distribution, updates, and, if enabled, payment processing.

These services may process information under their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing the relevant provider’s privacy documentation.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game’s features, data practices, or legal requirements change.

Any updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before new data practices take effect.
